The new year is just around the corner, but before 2014 comes to an end, a new leak surfaced online, stirring the toy collecting pocket of the fan community. TheForce.net points the way to a leaked photo of 6-inch figure prototypes from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The photo, originally posted in a Star Wars Chinese forum, highlights characters that resemble Hasbro’s Star Wars: The Black Series ongoing toy line.
Starting from left to right, the photo includes Kylo Ren, Finn (John Boyega), Rey (Daisy Ridley), BB-8, and Chewbacca, the latter of which looks exactly like the current 6-inch Black Series figure. Finn is no longer wearing his Stormtrooper armor since his character is described to be on the run. Kylo Ren appears to be several inches taller than Finn, with a wider and heavier build. Rey’s design resembles what she wore in the teaser trailer as she sped off on her vehicle. Finally, if accurate, BB-8 isn’t as small as originally imagined, with its body reaching a few inches past Rey’s knee. Also, a portion of its bottom appears to be flat to stop it from rolling.
